We deliver Flowers, Plants, Homewares and Gifts to Caulfield and surrounding Melbourne suburbs in 6 days a week.

Same Day Deliveries

Phone our Retail Shop on 03 9041 3778 for Same Day Flower Delivery availability until 5.30pm Monday-Thursday and 3.30pm Friday + Sunday!

Order Online

Order Online until 11.30pm the night before for Weekday Deliveries and 11.30pm Thursday for Sunday Deliveries!

Delivery Time

Our couriers are unable to phone Recipients to arrange a delivery time on your behalf. Please liaise directly with your Recipient to determine a time they will be home to accept the delivery or a safe place it can be left.

Please include your Preferred Delivery Time in the Order notes on the Checkout page. We will do our utmost to deliver at this time, however it cannot be guaranteed.

Preferred Delivery Times that lie outside our regular Opening/Delivery hours will incur a further fee.

Our couriers do their very best to make all Deliveries including last-minute Same Day orders by 7.30pm.

Holiday Closures

We do not deliver on Jewish Holidays or most Australian Public Holidays, including:

Pesach (Day 1 and 7), Shavuot (Day 1), Rosh Hashanah (Day 1 and 2), Yom Kippur, and Sukkot (Day 1 and 8).

Any Online Orders placed for these dates will be delivered the following open business day.

 
 
 

Where We Deliver Flowers in Melbourne

We use specialist Floral Couriers to make sure our products arrive to the recipient in the same great condition they leave our store. Our Delivery Fees reflect the specialist skills involved in transporting Floral Arrangements, which are very fragile and not your average package!

Please ensure your Shipping Address falls within these zones when you proceed with your payment for delivery as we do not offer refunds for incorrect order information including shipping mistakes.

If the wrong address is provided the purchaser will be required to pay another Delivery Fee for the new address, as the order has been fulfilled on our end.

*Please phone hospitals to confirm they are accepting deliveries before placing your order online as we cannot refund if the hospital refuses delivery due to COVID cases.

Our Delivery Service is a flat rate and is limited to the following Melbourne suburbs:

ZONE 1: $10 WEEKDAYS or $15 SUNDAYS and HOLIDAYS (including Valentine’s & Mother’s Day)

ZONE 2 (and HOSPITALS*): $15 EVERYDAY

*Hospitals: The Alfred Hospital, The Avenue Hospital, Cabrini Hospital (Malvern/Prahran/Brighton), Caulfield Hospital, Epworth Hospital (Brighton), Holmesglen Private Hospital (Moorabin), Jessie McPherson (Clayton), Masada Private Hospital, McCulloch House (Clayton), Monash Children’s Hospital (Clayton), Monash House (Clayton), Monash Medical Centre (Clayton), Monash Surgical Private Hospital (Clayton), Moorabin Hospital (Bentleigh East), Sir John Monash (Clayton), Windsor Private Hospital. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm the hospital is currently accepting flower deliveries before placing an order.

 
 
 

Authority to Leave

All The Doctors’ Flowers deliveries work on an 'Authority to Leave' system.

It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure our Courier’s will have access to the nominated Delivery Address and that someone will be at the Address to accept the order. This includes access inside Secure Addresses such as Apartment Blocks and Houses with locked gates.

Our Couriers do not contact the Recipient prior to delivery.

DELIVERY TO A HOME ADDRESS:

It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the Recipient is either home on the selected Delivery Day or there is a Safe Place to leave the Order. Details regarding Entry to Secure Addresses and Safe Places can be entered in the Delivery Notes section at Checkout.

If there is no-one present to receive the Order and the area is Deemed Safe by our Courier, the Order will be left at the address. The Doctors’ Flowers cannot be held responsible for the Order once it has been left at the delivery address.

If the area is Not Deemed Safe to leave the Order, the Purchaser will be contacted to liaise directly with the Recipient to collect the Order from our store at no cost, or pay for Re-Delivery.

DELIVERY TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS OR HOSPITAL:

The reception desk, mailroom/loading dock, or another member of that business is able to accept the delivery on behalf of the Recipient.

If delivery is refused the Purchaser will be contacted to arrange an alternative.

No PO Boxes:

PO Boxes will not be accepted as Delivery Addresses.

We also offer a free In-store Pick-Up/Click-and-Collect service.

Preferred Pick-Up Times may be noted at checkout, but cannot be guaranteed.

Pick up is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. For Fresh Flowers, if the Order is not collected on the date selected it will not be re-created or refunded, as the order has been fulfilled on our end.
