TERMS AND CONDITIONS

POLICIES

  1. You acknowledge that We operate in accordance with Our Policies, which are available upon request.

  2. By using our website you hereby acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and Our Policies.

ORDERS

  1. The Doctors’ Flowers will do our best to match the product selected from our online store. However, cut flowers are products of nature and subject to natural variation and their availability is seasonal and affected by circumstances beyond our control.

  2. We endeavour to use predominantly locally-grown flowers rather than imported cut flowers, which means certain flowers are only available in certain seasons. The arrangements pictured on our website are seasonal arrangements. We will make an arrangement in a similar style and colour palette, using available seasonal flowers. If a flower is unavailable an alternative flower of equal value will be substituted.

  3. The colour of flowers may differ according to the computer and phone screens on which it is viewed.

  4. As a result of the above clauses, not all arrangements produced are as pictured on our website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced arrangements.

  5. If your order is placed by phone or in-store and no specific design instructions are given, our designers will make the arrangement using our signature garden-style design.

  6. Custom or Unique arrangements that differ from our curated Menu of Arrangements start from $200 and must be ordered at least 2 business days in advance. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to clearly communicate any specific requirements for your arrangement (eg size, colour palette, flowers). Our designers will make their best endeavours to achieve this, while remaining true to our signature style.

  7. Wearable Flowers such as Corsages, Buttonholes/Boutonnieres and Flower Crowns must be ordered at least 4 business days in advance.

  8. The Doctors’ Flowers will do our best to match the selected variety of non-floral products, including vases, homewares, gifts, candles, chocolate, and tea. If the variety selected is not available, an alternative variety will be substituted. Please leave a note at checkout if you would like us to contact you before substitution.

  9. The Doctors’ Flowers has no responsibility for Goods purchased that are not collected from our Store within 30 days of purchase or notification.

RETURNS

  1. We do not offer refunds, replacements or credits on Fresh Flowers because we cannot be certain the Flowers have been cared for properly since leaving our possession. All Flowers sold in-store or online are delivered to the purchaser or recipient Fresh (excluding flowers sold in-store as “specials”). All deliveries are water-sourced with either a wet-wrap or a Vase of water. If no-one is home, the flowers are left in the safest space possible. Please note that flowers left outdoors are subject to temperature and wind/elements which may cause damage or shorten their lifespan. The Doctors’ Flowers cannot be held responsible for the condition of Flowers after they leave our possession.

  2. The life span of cut flowers varies according to variety, but the average life span is 3-7 days. While many customers report that our flowers last much longer, this is the average across the industry. Please remember that cut flowers are perishable products that have been cut from their life source. To care for your flowers and maximise vase life, The Doctors’ Flowers recommends keeping them in a source of fresh water at all times, and re-cutting the stems at a 45 degree angle and changing the water every two days. We also recommend that flowers are placed away from direct sunlight, drafts, and heating.

  3. Refunds for items other than Fresh Flowers are made at the discretion of The Doctors’ Flowers. Refunds for orders placed Online or over the Telephone will be credited back the original Credit Card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases will be processed through the original card on which the order was purchased.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Our total liability shall be limited to:

  • the cost of supplying the Goods or Services again; or

  • the payment of the cost of having the Goods or Services supplied again.
