Hydrangea Macrophylla | "French Hydrangea"

Hydrangea Macrophylla | "French Hydrangea"

from $60.00

Hydrangea are a classic garden flower made iconic in recent years by Martha Stewart and epitomising Hamptons style.

Ours are grown on Victoria’s Phillip Island and are generally in season from November to April.

This traditional variety, the French Hydrangea, is always popular in white, but also comes in beautiful shades of pink, and is one of the only flowers that naturally blooms in the colour blue.

They make the perfect gift for anything from new born babies, to housewarmings, and sympathy flowers.

Leave the colour choice to us, or note your preference at checkout and we’ll do our best!

Fun Fact: Hydrangeas were originally called “Hortensia”, in honour of Nicole-Reine Hortense Lepaute, a French astronomer and mathematician (1723-1788).
